January 1st- Happy New Year! join us for our first brunch of the 2012 New Year… a spectacular feast by the ocean, adults $20, children under 12 $10. Available from 8am to 3pm!
January 28th- Black Rock Anniversary Celebration in Float Lounge featuring Ucluelet`s own Left at the Junction! Unbelievable specials in the lounge as we celebrate our 3rd birthday. Live music starts at 9pm. Come early, grab a seat, some food and enjoy the show!
January 29th-Locals Appreciation Day! Join us for Sunday Brunch and birthday cake. Our way of saying thank you to the local community and all our guests for your support through the years. Draw prizes for a night stay and lunch for 2. Cake and coffee in the lobby at 12pm. Brunch from 8am to 1pm.
February 11th to 14th- Celebrate Valentine’s Day at Black Rock Resort. We will be featuring the new Love Affair Package, which includes the “sweetheart dinner” in Fetch Restaurant, followed by “chocolate addiction dessert” in the Wine Cellar. March 17-25 -Pacific Rim Whale Festival! Throughout the coastal towns of Tofino and Ucluelet and around the Pacific Rim National Park Reserve, it’s an all-out celebration of life on the coast! March 22- Barnacle Blues: a Whale Festival Event. This fundraising event will take place in the Rainforest Ballroom featuring acclaimed musician Jim Byrnes and opening act Headwater! Raffle-style auction with lots of amazing prizes; ticket includes gourmet savouries & 2 drink tickets.
March 23- Headwater in Float Lounge. Hearing Headwater is like listening to the West Coast of Canada in song. June 1st – 3rd- Tofino Food & Wine Festival. Tofino Food and Wine Festival celebrates the marriage of food and wine, with the main event, Grazing in the Gardens, showcasing local culinary talents and British Columbia wines, in the beautiful Tofino Botanical Gardens. June 10th- Edge 2 Edge Marathon. The annual marathon, half marathon and team relay events will take place as always the second weekend in June here on the West Coast.
