Registered Massage Therapist

Job Description: The Registered Massage Therapist is a major role within the Spa. You are responsible for accurately assessing and treating guests with techniques that include massage and manual therapy, joint mobilization, hydrotherapy, and rehabilitative exercise such as stretching, strengthening, postural exercise and patient education. Building a strong client base and maintaining a high standard of professionalism and cleanliness in the Spa environment are crucial.
Sous Chef (Pastry & Dessert)
Department: Culinary
Job Description: The Pastry Sous Chef provides leadership, training and supervision on all production in the kitchen and oversees the quality as well as timely distribution of every item served. You are responsible for the production and quality control of all pastries, cakes, breads and desserts served throughout the hotel. Working closely with the Executive Chef, you are involved in menu development and strategizing the adequate supply of required items for regular service and banquets.
Chef de Partie
Department: Culinary
Job Description: As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for your station as well as assisting in other areas of the kitchen as required, ensuring service of the highest quality food products. You will participate in menu planning and implementation with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef. You will train, motivate, and lead your subordinates. You directly influence the skill, knowledge, attitude, communication and team spirit of the culinary team.
