Job Description: The Bellman greets and welcomes all guests, carries bags and other parcels, and provides information to guests about the facilities and services of the hotel. Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills are all key components to a successful Bellman’s skill set.
Guest Services Agent (Year-round)
Job Description: The Guest Services Agent excels in both sales and customer service. As a presence on the front desk, you are often the first contact with guests as they arrive at Black Rock Oceanfront Resort. Multi-tasking and working under pressure are also essential since you are responsible for operating the multi-line telephone switchboard, checking guests in/out, and acting as the central point for many internal/external guest communications.
Housekeeping Room Attendant
Job Description: The Room Attendant is a physically demanding and very important role within the hotel. You co-operate as a member of the housekeeping team to successfully clean and prepare the suites for the guests, clean common areas, and keep all supplies well-stocked. Teamwork, communication, and the ability to work under pressure will allow you to be successful in this position.
Part Time Spa Esthetician
Job Description: Spa Esthetician is responsible for pedicures, manicures, facials, and body treatments. You will consult guests on skin care, providing accurate and in-depth knowledge of the high quality products offered through the Drift Spa. You will create relaxing and unforgettable spa experiences for every guest by working together with the Spa Manager and other spa staff to provide excellent customer service. Building a strong client base and maintaining a high standard of professionalism and cleanliness in the Spa environment are crucial.
