New Chef at Black Rock
Welcome our New Chef – Chef Morné Van Antwerp arrives at Black Rock Oceanfront Resort June 30, 2011. This South African born Chef comes to us from The Fullerton Hotels and Resorts, Singapore. He has worked with Michelin star chefs like Daniel Boulud, Charlie Trotter, Thierry Marx, Alfonso Iaccarino and Carlo Cracco to name a few. We are excited to have Morné on our team.
